Paper Pumpkin Box of Sunshine - Sunshine All 'Round!
Aaaaaaaaaand the leftovers from the Box of Sunshine kit just keep on going! This week, I've made some new cards with the leftover sun images and they've turned out great!
For this card, I did some watercolouring with the Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, and Cajun Craze inks, on some shimmery white cardstock. The shimmery white cardstock is a great cost-effective alternative to watercolour paper - it holds the ink really well and has a beautiful shimmer to it 😍
I've layered the leftover polka dot sticker strips from the kit with some gold thread from the Forever Greenery ribbon combo, the sun image, and a leftover banner from the kit too! I've finished it off with the beautiful sequins from the kit, and layered this onto Cajun Craze Cardstock and a Whisper White base.
This card has some trees from the Timeless Tropical set, coloured with the Crumb Cake and Granny Apple Green Blends - these alcohol markers are excellent, so forgiving (if you're not so great at colouring like me)! I've used the new In-Colour, Cinnamon Cider and paired it with So Saffron cardstock - the stripy design comes from the Flowers for Every Season DSP (there are some awesome designs on the non-flower side!). I've used some sequins and a banner here that are leftovers from the kit too 😀
On this last card, I cut out a circle and layered a piece of coloured vellum underneath - to get this colouring effect, I coloured the vellum with Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie Blends, and flicked some isopropyl alcohol over it. I've coloured some frangipanis from the Timeless Tropical set with the Mango Melody and Flirty Flamingo Blends and layered with a sun, a white-embossed sentiment on Petal Pink cardstock, and some twine from the Flowers for Every Season ribbon combo pack.
Have you got your Paper Pumpkin kit yet? It's only $37 and you get supplies to make 8 cards, and as you can see, the leftover elements just keep going and going to make so many more cards! Click below to get yours today!

Happy stamping!
