  The new Annual Catalogue is here, and with it comes the beautiful new In-Colours! I've made a set of cards using each of the 5 new colours using the new 'Etched in Nature' set.  Introducing Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, and Pale Papaya! You can get ink, cardstock, ribbons, and embellishments once the catalogue goes live on 4th May! The 'Etched in Nature' set is also new and features beautiful detailed images that are a delightful focal point on any card - even just stamped in black! So simple! I can't figure out which colour is my favourite yet, as they're all absolutely stunning! But I do think this card design came out best in Soft Succulent: To achieve this effect, I used the Water Painters to apply 3 layers of watercolouring randomly on the Shimmery White cardstock, allowing for some splashes of ink as well and drying each layer with the Heat Tool on the low setting.   We are coming to the end of the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue sales period, which means we are saying goodbye to some lovely products, so don't miss your chance to get these beauties (and a bargain too!). I want to show you some of my faves before they go 😢 Oh, I love this one! The detail in the animal images is so beautiful, and a perfect set for colouring! I also often use this set when stamping with my 3 year old son, who loves to stamp these and then colour them in 💕. I made 4 little cards (3"x3") using the animal stamps and used a few different colouring techniques. For each of them I used the new blending brushes for the background, and propped-up the animals with some Dimensionals. I coloured these cuties with Grey Granite Blends, using the light and dark, and a little of the colour lifter. The background is Misty Moonlight with some Night of Navy ink.
