Stampin' Up! Expressions in Ink - Hello Card

Image
I just LOVE the Expressions in Ink suite! I utilised the beautiful designer series paper to make this week's card - I cut a piece and layered it with some Old Olive cardstock and adhered it to a piece of Basic White cardstock that has been embossed with the Bark Embossing Folder. I assembled some pieces from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack and some die cuts from the new Intricate Leaves Die Set and used dimensionals to prop up a sentiment from the Artistically Inked stamp set. I embellished with some Linen Thread and some Elegant Faceted Gems, and here we have a simple but beautiful card! If you're interested in purchasing any of the items I've used to make this beautiful card, below is a list of items with links to my store! Please note, the Intricate Leaves Dies Set will be available on 4th of August so keep an eye on the store! Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Leaves - Little Hello Card

Image
Here's another card I made using the new Gorgeous Leaves bundle from the new mini catalogue, which will be available for purchase on August 4th! For this card, I used the leaves and splatter stamps to add splashes of colour around the front of the card. I added some die cuts from the matching die set along with some gold leaves from the Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack and cut a circle of Hand-Penned DSP to place in the middle. I used another of the DSP pieces to layer underneath and gold embossed a sentiment from the Pansy Patch set on some vellum to lay on top. I splashed some Wink of Stella on the top and added some Gilded Gems and Elegant Faceted Gems to finish it off. Haven't got a new mini catalogue yet? Send me a message and I'll get one out to you if you live in Australia and don't have a regular demonstrator. You'll have to wait until August 4th to get the Gorgeous Leaves bundle, but everything else is available now! List below.. Happy stamping! x Lauren ...

Stampin' Up! Gorgeous Leaves - Birthday Card

Image
NEW PRODUCT ALERT!! The new Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue is almost here and today I want to show you one of my favourite new stamp sets 😍 The set is called 'Gorgeous Leaves' and has a number of leaves and splatters. On this card, I used the bigger splatter and added 5 different colours to it to get a rainbow look using the sponge daubers - when doing this technique, I add the colours then breath some air on the stamp to moisten the ink again before stamping so that the colours are still even. I used the smaller splatter to add black dots on top of that. I stamped one of the leaves in Cinnamon Cider and added some Granny Apple Green to the centre with a sponge dauber. I cut it out with the matching dies, that have a die to match each of the leaves from the set, along with some detailed leaf dies as well. I cut out an extra leaf in Basic Black and stuck it to the other to create a 'shadow' look. I added some glue to the leave along the veins and pressed on some Gild...
